Middle Stage

"Aim for Excellence."

Grades 6-8 (Ages 11 to 14)

Experiential Learning & Deeper Subject Understanding

From ages 11 to 14, students progress to the middle stage, which emphasizes experiential learning and a deeper understanding of subjects. The Middle Stage, encompassing a span of three years, is a critical phase in a student's educational voyage. At this stage, students advance from the foundational knowledge they acquire during the Preparatory Stage and delve deeper into the subjects they've been introduced to. The emphasis is not merely on accumulating information but on developing a profound understanding of these subjects. This is a crucial transition as it encourages students to explore subjects in greater detail, fostering a genuine passion for learning. One distinctive feature of the Middle Stage is its multidisciplinary approach to subjects.

Experiential learning takes center stage during this phase. Students are encouraged to actively engage with subjects through hands-on experiences, experiments, projects, and real-life applications. This approach not only makes learning more engaging and enjoyable but also reinforces the practical utility of knowledge.

Throughout the Middle Stage, students are provided with opportunities to identify their areas of interest and aptitude, helping them make more informed decisions about their educational and career paths in the future. Whether a student is drawn to the sciences, humanities, arts, or other fields, this phase allows them to explore these interests more deeply.
